Amazing Family Experience!
We had a fantastic time with the fam! Enjoyed the lovely outdoor seating area, especially by the firepits. The staff was super attentive, making sure everything went smoothly for us, even sending a birthday cake for the celebration. One thing tho, it was kinda hard to find seats at times. But overall, it was a memorable stay!

Perfect for Families Who Love a Nice Experience
Let me tell you, the service here is like nothing I've seen before. The staff went above and beyond. They upgraded our room and even left a personal note and some sweet treats for my sister’s birthday, which made it extra special. The attention to detail really hit home, and it's those moments that you can't put a price on.
Sure, it wasn't exactly budget friendly, but honestly, it was still worth it.

impressive but needs some tweaks
The hotel provided a room upgrade which truly made the stay special it felt thoughtful to receive a personalized card and macaroons for my sister’s birthday. The stunning mountain view added a breathtaking backdrop to our experience.
The overall experience, while good, didn’t fully meet my high expectations in every area.

Exceptional service was evident from the moment we arrived, with valet greeting us by name. The mountain views are breathtaking, and there are numerous spots to relax with a drink. Unfortunately, the bed in our suite was incredibly uncomfortable, impacting our sleep quality, despite the nicely appointed room and bathroom. Dining was enjoyable, especially the Japanese cuisine, but it came at a premium price.

Exceptional Service and Relaxation
I had a wonderful stay with great skiing access and facilities that cater to both adults and kids. The club level dining was impressive, offering delicious options like kid-friendly meals that exceeded my expectations. The attentive staff made every moment special, and I especially appreciated the surprise chair massages in the lounge. However, I'd suggest enhancing the relaxation area in the spa, as it felt a bit cramped.
